The terms that apply when you book an experience or trip with Go With Taj.

An experience is confirmed when Taj confirms the date, price and details in writing (email or WhatsApp) and any deposit requested has been paid. Prices on the website are guides in US dollars and may change until your booking is confirmed.
Please give us accurate details, tell us about any medical conditions, dietary needs or mobility limitations, and follow the guide’s safety instructions, especially around wildlife, water and traffic.
Weather, road conditions, park rules, permits or safety may require us to change a route, timing or activity. We will always offer the closest alternative, or a refund of unused services if none is possible.
Guests are responsible for their own travel and medical insurance, which we strongly recommend.
Some experiences use hosts, venues, lodges and transport providers. We choose them with care, but they operate under their own terms.
We may photograph or film experiences for our website and social media. Tell us if you would prefer not to appear.
Travel involves some risk. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss, injury, delay or damage beyond our reasonable control. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
